most electrical equipment is a non-linear load. among them, switching power supplies, computers, printers, copiers, televisions, elevators, energy-saving lamps, UPS、 air conditioner, LED display screens, etc. are the main sources of harmonics and reactive power in the power distribution systems of commercial and public facilities buildings. most of these devices have small capacities, but they are large in number and have a great overall impact on power quality. there are many single-phase equipment, and their electrical load accounts for about 70% of the total capacity. the use of single-phase power supply causes the three-phase distribution load to be unbalanced, the neutral line current is too large, and the neutral point is offset. nonlinear loads have high harmonic content and low power factor.

the main components use series reactors +the power capacitor method can suppress the impact of harmonics on power capacitance and improve product service life and reliability. it is recommended to use an intelligent combined anti-harmonic low-voltage power capacitor compensation device (option 1), which can be added based on the power quality of the specific application scenario. +active filter ( APF)/static var generator ( SVG), the reactive power compensation and power quality management effects are better.
