scope of application

ZHHM1 the series of plastic case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) is one of the new circuit breakers developed by our company using international advanced design and manufacturing technology. its rated insulation voltage is 800 V, suitable for ac 50 Hz, rated working voltage 690 V and below, the rated operating current is up to 800 A it is used for infrequent switching and infrequent starting of the motor in the circuit. the circuit breaker has overload, short circuit and under-voltage protection functions, which can protect the circuit and power supply equipment from damage.

new features

insulation parts are made of high strength DMC unsaturated polyester glass fiber plastic, appropriately increasing the proportion of aluminum hydroxide content, improves the flame retardant performance of the product.

the conductive system uses advanced silver plating technology to increase the thickness of silver plating to improve the current carrying capacity and heat dissipation of the product.

the circuit breaker accessories are selected from professional manufacturers that meet national standards. further improve product reliability.

operating mechanism "three buckles" (lock, re-lock, jump button ),advanced professional technology is used to ensure the hardness and toughness of the "three buckles" and further improve the reliability and stability of the product. the metal parts of the product adopt environmentally friendly electroplating technology and comply with eu environmental standards.

the circuit breaker has the short circuit breaking capacity according to its rated limit. (cU)the level is divided into: L type (standard type), M type (higher breaking type), H type (high breaking type) three categories. the circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking capacity, short flying fox (some specifications have zero flying fox), and anti-vibration.

this circuit breaker can be installed vertically (that is, vertical installation) or horizontally (that is, horizontally installed).

applicable working environment

◆the surrounding medium temperature is not higher than +40℃(for marine products +45℃)and no less than -5 ℃,and 24 h the average value does not exceed +35℃(for use on ships +40℃):

◆the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000 m;

◆the relative humidity of the air at the installation site at the maximum temperature is +40℃does not exceed 50%, and can have higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, such as 20 ℃up to 90%.

◆special measures should be taken against condensation that occasionally occurs due to temperature changes:

◆the pollution level is level 3;

◆the installation categories of circuit breaker main circuit and undervoltage release are: Ⅲ,the installation categories of the remaining auxiliary circuits and control circuits are: Ⅱ;

◆the circuit breaker can withstand the effects of humid air, salt spray, oil mist, bacteria and nuclear radiation:

◆the maximum inclination of circuit breaker installation is ±22.5°;

◆circuit breaker in case of earthquake (4g)can work reliably;

classification of circuit breakers

the number of boards produced by the school is divided into three-pole and four-pole. neutral pole in four-pole products (N pole )there are four types:

◆A type: N it is extremely important not to install an overcurrent release, and N the pole is always connected and does not combine with the other three poles:

◆B type: N it is extremely important not to install an overcurrent release, and N the pole is divided together with the other three poles (N extremely combine first and then divide ):

◆C type: N install an overcurrent release, and N the pole is divided together with the other three poles (N extremely combine first and then divide ):

◆D type: N install an overcurrent release, and N the pole is always connected and does not combine with the other three poles.


◆according to the wiring method, it is divided into four types: front panel wiring, rear panel wiring, plug-in front panel wiring, and plug-in rear panel wiring.

◆according to the type of overcurrent release, it is divided into thermal and electric phosphorus (there are two types: compound type and electromagnetic (instantaneous) type.

◆according to whether the router has accessories, it can be divided into two types: with accessories and without accessories:

◆accessories are divided into internal accessories and external accessories: internal accessories include shunt release, undervoltage release, auxiliary contacts, and alarm contacts.

protection characteristics

the thermal tripper of the circuit breaker has inverse time characteristics; the electromagnetic tripper has instantaneous action. the characteristics are shown in table 4 (for use) and table 5 (for motor protection).
