ZHH-12GD the series of indoor high-voltage three-station vacuum circuit breakers have excellent electrical and mechanical properties, reliable and stable mechanism, and long life. the main circuit adopts solid-sealed poles, which improves the environmental adaptability and insulation reliability of the circuit breaker; reliable mechanical and electronic performance, extended mechanical life and electronic life make the circuit breaker maintenance-free possible. its available for 3.6-12 kV the power system, as a power grid equipment, is a protection box control unit designed for industrial and mining enterprises. it is suitable for various loads of different natures, frequent operations, and situations where short-circuit currents are broken multiple times. the product has complete mechanical and electrical interlocking devices, with extremely high operational stability and reliability, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment, and ensuring the safety of electricity.

applicable cabinet type

it can be installed in small fixed cabinets, ring main cabinets or box-type transformers. ZHH-12GD the main circuit of the series of indoor high-voltage three-station vacuum switches is arranged longitudinally. the upper part is the isolating switch, the middle part is the vacuum circuit breaker, and the lower part is the grounding switch. the operating mechanism, circuit breaker mechanism, and interlocking mechanism are located at the front of the switch. this switch can be installed upside down.

2the product adopts modular design: frame structure, integrating isolating switch, sealed vacuum circuit breaker, grounding switch, sensor, interlocking mechanism and operating mechanism into a high-performance miniaturized high-voltage electrical product.

referring to the switch operation sign in (figure 2), the description is as follows: double interlocks, vacuum switches, isolation switches, and grounding switches are set for forced mechanical interlocking operations; vacuum switches, medical facilities, and grounding switches are designed with locking devices to prevent misoperation. the isolating switch and grounding switch are independent nano-frequency dividers, and a forced mechanical interlock operation is set between the two operating axes. after the switch opening and closing operations, please check the closing status from the observation window.

●the isolating switch and the grounding switch are forced to mechanically interlock with each other. they can only be two-in-one and cannot be closed at the same time:

●the isolating switch cannot be closed until the grounding switch is opened; the grounding switch cannot be closed after the isolating switch is closed.

●when the closing lock is in the locked position, the vacuum switch can be closed, and the isolation switch and grounding switch cannot operate.

●when the closing lock is in the unlocked position, the vacuum switch cannot be closed, and the isolation switch and grounding switch can operate.

●after the vacuum switch is closed, the closing lock cannot be unlocked, and the isolation switch and grounding switch cannot be operated.

●the cabinet door can only be opened after the grounding switch is closed.

●the grounding switch can be opened only after closing the cabinet door.
