GN 262 the series of microcomputer protection devices is a new generation of microcomputer type relay protection equipment specially developed by our company in order to adapt to the miniaturization requirements of modern switch cabinets. it is for 35 kV  and below voltage level overhead lines, cable lines, transformers, motors, capacitors, PT  wait for one device to provide complete protection functions. the product appearance is carefully designed, small and exquisite, and can be directly installed on various ring network switch cabinets with small spaces such as solid cabinets and inflatable cabinets.

GN 262 the series of microcomputer protection and automatic devices are composed of highly integrated microcontrollers with no bus chip, high-precision current and voltage transformers, high-insulation strength export intermediate relays, high-reliability switching power supply modules and other components. it has the advantages of high integration, complete protection configuration, strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption, and resistance to harsh environments. it is especially suitable for direct and dispersed installation on switch cabinets.

it adopts a high-performance analog-to-digital mixed digital processor, which contains a single-cycle multiplier, hardware divider, DSP processing unit, large capacity static RAM,  it has extremely strong data calculation and logical operation capabilities. various algorithms required for relay protection can be completed easily, accurately and timely, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of protection.

adopting a unified hardware framework and software platform, the product consistency is good.

the device adopts a fully sealed aluminum alloy structure, which makes it extremely anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, and anti-mechanical vibration.

the structural design of the device facilitates installation and wiring, and the configuration of protection functions is flexible and complete. various protection functions can be turned on and off through control words.

analog input, switch input, power input and communication interface adopt transformer isolation, photoelectric isolation, magnetic isolation, TVS the protective anti-interference measures make the device's anti-interference ability particularly strong.

the device has a complete self-checking function. when it is found that the device is not working properly, the outlet can be reliably locked to ensure that the device does not malfunction.

using a dedicated clock chip, supported by a separate crystal oscillator and equipped with a backup battery, the clock can keep time correctly even after the device is powered off, allowing the device to accurately record various fault information.

the internal circuit board adopts surface mount technology, and all components used are from first-tier brands, ensuring the reliability and stability of the device.

the device has a three-level watchdog, external hardware watchdog, CPU hardware timer watchdog and software watchdog ensure that the device will not crash under any circumstances.

with high-speed magnetic isolation technology RS485 communication interface, communication is stable and reliable, RS485 communication IEC60870-5-103 and MODBUS-RTU the protocol can be selected through settings.

the software in the device adopts a modular design, has a variety of redundancy measures, and has passed the test of long-term on-site operation. the program runs stably and reliably.

it adopts a full chinese lcd display interface, multi-layer menu display, rich display information, and friendly human-machine interface, and the debugging work can be completed without complicated training.
