ZHHW1 series intelligent universal      circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers), suitable for ac 50 Hz, rated voltage to 660      V(690V)and below, rated current 630 A~6300A in the power distribution network, it is used to distribute electric      energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding      and other faults. the circuit breaker has intelligent protection functions and precise selective protection, which      can improve power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power outages. at the same time, it has an open      communication interface and can perform "four remotes" to meet the requirements of the control center and      automation system. the circuit breaker has a pulse withstand voltage of 8000 at an altitude of 2000 meters.      V(different altitudes are corrected according to standards, the maximum does not exceed 12,000 V)。this circuit      breaker can be used as an isolator without intelligent controller and sensor, and is marked as。

ambient air temperature

the upper limit value does not exceed +40℃，the lower limit      value is not less than -5 ℃，24h the average does not exceed +35℃。

note: the lower limit is -10 ℃or -25 ℃working conditions,      the user should declare with the company; the upper limit value exceeds +40℃or the lower limit value is lower than      -10 ℃or -25 ℃for working conditions, users should negotiate with our company. the altitude of the installation      site does not exceed 2000 m.

atmospheric conditions

the relative humidity of the atmosphere in the surrounding      air is +40℃it does not exceed 50%, and can have higher relative humidity at lower temperatures. the monthly      average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature of the month is      +25℃，and take into account condensation on the product surface that occurs due to temperature changes. if the      requirements exceed the specified requirements, please consult with the company.

installation conditions

the circuit breaker should be installed in accordance with      the requirements of this manual. the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker shall not exceed 5 degrees (the      inclination of the mining circuit breaker shall not exceed 15 degrees).

undervoltage release

the undervoltage release is composed of a release coil and      a control unit.

the actions of the undervoltage release are divided into      two types: clockwise action and delayed action:

the delay time of the undervoltage delay release is      generally divided into four types: 1, 2, 3, and 5. the delay accuracy ±10%。

note: in thunderstorm-prone areas or in power grids with      unstable power supply voltage, it is recommended to use an undervoltage release with a delay to prevent the      circuit breaker from tripping due to a short-term voltage drop. the delay time is generally 1 S、2S、3S、5S available      for user selection.

shunt tripper

can be operated remotely to open the circuit breaker

closing electromagnet

after the energy storage is completed, the closing      electromagnet can instantly release the energy storage spring force of the operating mechanism to quickly close      the circuit breaker.

electric operating mechanism

the circuit breaker has motor energy storage and automatic      re-storage functions;

note: the standard type of auxiliary switch is 4 sets of      change-over contacts, and the special type is 4 normally open and 4 normally closed, 6 normally open and 2      normally closed, 2 normally open and 6 normally closed, 3 normally open and 3 normally closed.

“"open" locking device

“the "open" locking device can lock the disconnect button      of the circuit breaker (drawer type or fixed type) in the pressed position. at this time, the circuit breaker      cannot be closed;

after user selection, the factory provides locks and      keys

1、a circuit breaker with an independent lock and      key;

2、two circuit breakers come with two identical locks and      one key;

3、three circuit breakers come with three identical locks      and two identical keys.

drawer circuit breaker "disengaged" position        locking padlock

when the drawer-type circuit breaker is in the      "disconnected" position, the locking lever can be pulled out and locked with a padlock. after locking, the circuit      breaker cannot be moved to the "test" or "connected" position;

padlocks are provided by the user.

circuit breaker phase partition

the phase partition strengthens the insulation between      busbars and is an optional part of the circuit breaker, which can be configured by the user when needed.
